Basecamp Fitness provides a comprehensive 45-minute workout that includes strength training, cardio, and core exercises. The workout consists of alternating between short bursts of strength and cardio for the first 35 minutes, proven to improve fitness endurance and enhance muscle definition. The remaining 10 minutes focus on challenging core exercises, providing exactly what your body needs without excessive strain.
With the new technology, you can CONNECT to your health and friends, MOTIVATE yourself with intensity tracking, and VALIDATE your workouts and Basecamp journey.
